About the Recipe
This delicious recipe is an anti-inflammatory recipe that is also FODMAP friendly.

Ingredients
4 jalapeno chilies
1 cup chana besan (Chickpea flour)
1 teaspoon carom seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
salt and pepper to taste
Oil, for frying
Preparation
Carefully make a split lengthwise in the chilies, sufficient to take out seeds. Set aside. (Option: you may stuff with aged cheese)
In a medium bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Add water to make a thick batter.
Heat oil in a deep skillet.
Once hot, coat the jalapeno in batter and deep fry for 4 minutes on each side.
